Hi, my name is Natdanai Khaweerat or at here they call my “Nate”. I go to Bangkok Christian College in Thailand but at here I go to Albert Einstein School pretty cool name, right? Which is in Cleveland Ohio United States. My school doesn’t have a sports team or a band since it is a very small school with just a little over a hundred student, but it’s still a good a school with lots of friendly students and teachers. Because of that I’m taking guitar lessons and joined a band a mile away from my house called the guitar center which I got some pretty cool friend from there.
I’m living with my host family which is just “Irish” my host mom and my double placement “Alfredo” from Spain. He is very friendly and makes me laugh all the time, pretty sad that Alfredo had to leave just a few days ago so now there’s just me and Trish in the house. Trish is very kind and supportive and also an excellent cooker we went to lots of places and did lots of fun things together in the past 3 months.
Being an exchange student is just something that you probably get just once in your life. You get to do stuff that you don’t have back in your home country from dressing up like a taco and go to other people house and get candy on Halloween to playing in a band with awesome friends or living with a roommate that you have never met before. And at the end when you look back at what you have done in just one year. You just realized that being an exchange student isn’t just a year in your life but it’s a life in a year!
